Blackjack Switch is played with six decks and two hands. There’s no option to increase or reduce the number of hands in play since these are directly tied to the switch function, as you’ll see below.
Switch – This feature adds a fun twist to what is otherwise a perfectly traditional game of online Blackjack. As soon as your hands are dealt, you’re given the option to switch the second card of each hand with the simple click of a button. You can switch back and forth as much as you like, so no need to worry if you accidentally hit the function and would like to switch back. It proved to be incredibly useful in putting together more splitting options, and on one lucky round, a switch allowed us to split both hands. Split hands cannot have their cards switched though, so the option is only available on that first draw.
Split – Whenever you get cards of the same value, you can choose to split them into two new hands. This will count as a new wager, but you’ll also open the opportunities for bigger wins to come through. We took advantage of the feature every time it popped up, and suggest you do the same.
Double – You can try double instead of hitting. You can double down when your hand’s value is equal to 9, 10 or 11 without an ace or 16, 17 or 18 with an ace. This doubles your wager on the hand but only allows for one card to be added to it.
Rebet – At the end of a round, Blackjack Switch offers two rebet options. The first, adds the same wagers you had before and lets you make changes to them before playing again. The second, lets you go straight for the rebet and play. This applies the same bets and starts the next round immediately.
We went through quite a few great rounds and the switch feature sure came in handy, allowing us to create more splitting opportunities and putting together more favourable combinations. Our biggest win came when we managed to split both hands, thanks to the switch feature. The dealer ended up busting out and we won on all four hands with two Blackjacks for a big ₹1,000,000 win.
